PizzaboxAds ("we", "us") is responsible for processing your personal data in accordance with this policy. If you have questions, reach us at hej@pizzaboxads.se.
PizzaboxAds is a service operated by Beyond HR AB, Grindstuvägen 9, 724 62 Västerås. Beyond HR AB is the data controller for the processing of your personal data.
We only collect the data you provide yourself via our forms, for example name, company, email address, mobile number, postcode, district and the message you write. For pizzerias it may also include details about your business, such as the number of boxes and sizes.
When a campaign is measured via QR code, only anonymous and aggregated statistics (number of scans) are logged. We do not link that data to individuals.
We use the data to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, run a campaign or partnership, and stay in touch with you. The legal basis is your consent when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in being able to respond and fulfil any agreement.
Submitted data is stored with Google (Google Workspace and Google Sheets), which is our data processor. Google may process data on servers outside the EU/EEA, with applicable safeguards. Only people within PizzaboxAds who need the data to help you have access to it. We never sell your data on.
We keep the data as long as needed to handle your enquiry or our partnership, and thereafter as long as we are required to by law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
The website uses no cookies for tracking or marketing. To understand how the website is used we rely on Cloudflare Web Analytics, which collects anonymous and aggregated statistics without cookies and without identifying individual visitors. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google when the page loads.
You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you, to have incorrect data corrected, to have data erased, to restrict or object to the processing, and to receive your data in a machine-readable format. Contact us at hej@pizzaboxads.se. If you are unhappy with how we process your data, you can contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
